Contrary to some of the teachings we find in churches today, Jesus LOVED and still loves women, and at RockWood Church we do too! Even from the beginning, women have always been a part of God’s redemptive plan for mankind. Throughout the New Testament we witness how Jesus had this extraordinary way of bringing honor, worth and freedom to the most devalued women in society. He spoke life to them and in sharing HIS identity with them, He elevated theirs. In their newfound identity they worshipped Him and followed Him with reckless abandon. The King of the Universe used the most insecure and insignificant vessels and turned them into powerful weapons of the gospel.

At RockWood Church we serve the Lord by continuing the work of bringing women to a solid foundation of who they are in Christ. We are committed to raising an army of women who passionately follow the Lord and in turn impact their families and their communities for the Kingdom of God.
